Welcome to the Northeast Neighbors Coalition.   The Coalition was created to represent the residents of northeast Travis County by educating citizens and governmental officials about economic and quality of life issues related to the existence of the operation of the northeast Travis County landfills: BFI Waste Systems of North America, Inc. and Waste Management, Inc., and to oppose permits for new expansions of these two landfills.
